If your computer is relatively new but has become sluggish over time, a software tune-up is usually all it takes to restore its original speed. However, if your computer is several years old and still running on an older mechanical hard drive, we may recommend pairing the tune-up with an SSD hardware upgrade for a massive, permanent performance boost. We will always advise you on the most cost-effective option.

A standard tune-up includes basic security checks and removing unwanted browser extensions or toolbars. However, if your machine is heavily infected with deep-rooted malware, spyware, or ransomware, it will require our dedicated Virus & Malware Removal service to safely eradicate the threat.

Most software tune-ups are completed within 24 to 48 hours of collection. We run extensive system scans, disk cleanups, and updates that can take several hours to process thoroughly on the bench, ensuring your computer comes back running at its absolute best.
