Common PC & Laptop Repairs

The Most Common PC & Laptop Faults We Fix

  • Cracked & Smashed Screens: Fast replacements for dropped laptops. We source high-quality replacement panels to make your display look brand new again.
  • Dead Batteries: If your laptop dies the second you unplug it, we can swap out the degraded battery for a fresh one so you can work untethered again.
  • Broken Charging Ports: Having to hold your cable at a specific angle just to get a charge? We can replace worn-out laptop power jacks and DC sockets.
  • Keyboard Replacements: Spilled a cup of tea or have missing keys? We can strip down the chassis and fit a complete, brand-new laptop keyboard.
  • “Won’t Turn On” Diagnostics: Completely dead machines, constant reboot loops, or Blue Screens of Death (BSOD). We will strip it down, find the failing component or corrupted software, and tell you exactly what it costs to fix before doing any work.

  • The Diagnosis: If the problem is a mystery, we take it to the bench. Our standard €30 diagnostic fee applies—but if you choose to proceed with the repair, that €30 is fully deducted from your final bill.
  • The Fix & Return: We order the parts, fix the machine, test it thoroughly, and drop it back to your door. You only pay when the job is done.

Yes, we repair both Windows PCs and Apple MacBooks/iMacs. Whether you need a MacBook battery replacement, an iMac storage upgrade, or standard Windows PC repairs and software troubleshooting, we have the tools and expertise to handle it.

We always prioritize sourcing Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts to ensure the best performance, compatibility, and longevity for your device. If an OEM part is no longer manufactured for an older machine, or if an aftermarket part offers a more cost-effective solution without compromising quality, we will always present both options and give you our honest recommendation before ordering.

First, we collect the dead machine and bring it to our test bench. We strip it down and test the individual components—like the power supply, motherboard, and RAM—to isolate the exact point of failure. Once we find the issue, we contact you with a flat-rate quote. If you choose to proceed with the repair, our standard €30 diagnostic fee is fully deducted from your final bill.
