No. We cannot enroll a malfunctioning or infected machine into a Care Plan. The PC must first be repaired at our standard workshop rates and verified as healthy. When you come to collect it, you can enroll it in a Care Plan to ensure your labour is discounted or free for all future issues.

You pay the standard rate for your primary computer. Any extra machines in the same home or office—like your partner’s laptop or the kids’ PC—can be added to the exact same plan at a strict 50% discount per device.

It covers 100% of our physical workshop labour time, which is usually the most expensive part of any repair. If a physical hardware component has failed (like a dead battery or a fried motherboard) and needs to be replaced, you only pay the cost price for the physical part itself. The installation labour is completely on us.

Not at all. Our system securely handles the tune-up silently in the background on the 1st of every month at 2:00 AM. It cleans temporary files, optimizes your drive, and patches your software while you sleep, so you never lose access to your computer during the day.

If you ever receive a suspicious email, a strange text message, or a pop-up on your screen that you aren’t sure about, just snap a quick photo on your phone and WhatsApp it to our dedicated shop number. We will take a look and reply quickly to tell you if it is safe or a scam.

For the Essential and Proactive monthly tiers, there are no long-term contracts—you are free to cancel your direct debit at any time. However, please note that if you enroll a machine online without a prior in-shop repair, there is a strict 30-day waiting period before your bench labour discounts kick in. Your background monitoring and scam protection activate immediately. Our VIP Continuity plan is billed annually upfront to secure its premium perks, free labour, and the 20% discount.
