  • Free Local Collection: Don’t worry about driving to a shop. We will collect the device directly from your door across New Ross, South Wexford, Waterford, and South Kilkenny.
  • The Diagnosis: If the problem is a mystery, we take it to the bench. Our standard €30 diagnostic fee applies—but if you choose to proceed with the repair, that €30 is fully deducted from your final bill.
  • The Fix & Return: We order the parts, fix the machine, test it thoroughly, and drop it back to your door. You only pay when the job is done.

Phone & Tablet Repair FAQs

We source the highest quality replacement screens available. We offer premium aftermarket screens to keep your repair economical, but we can also source Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or refurbished original panels if you prefer the absolute highest specification. We will always discuss the options and price differences with you before proceeding.

Because there are thousands of different mobile device models, we order screens and batteries on demand rather than keeping them all in stock. Once you approve the quote and the specific part arrives at our workshop, the physical repair and testing is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours.

No. Standard hardware repairs like fitting a new screen, battery, or charging port do not affect your device’s internal storage. Your photos, contacts, and apps will remain exactly as they were. However, we always recommend backing up your device to iCloud or Google Drive before handing it over, just as a best practice.

We can certainly try. Liquid damage is highly unpredictable. The first step is a complete strip-down and ultrasonic cleaning of the motherboard to remove corrosion. This falls under our standard diagnostic process. If the device is beyond economical repair after cleaning, only the €30 diagnostic fee applies.
