Since we operate as a dedicated service area business across South Wexford, Waterford, and South Kilkenny, we come directly to your home or office to collect your device and return it once repaired, so you never have to worry about travel or unhooking cables.

Absolutely. Once we run our initial hardware diagnostics, we will provide you with a clear, straightforward estimate. We never perform costly repairs or replace parts without your explicit approval first.

For most standard repairs, you just need the device itself and its power brick/charger. If it’s a desktop, leave the cables behind—we only need the tower. If you’re unsure what to bring or how to back anything up, just give us a quick call when arranging your collection.

Yes, you can drop off your device at our Ballykeerogue workshop, but visits are strictly by appointment only. Because we are frequently out on collections or focused intensely on bench repairs, please always call or message ahead to schedule a time before travelling.
